The parent in this instance ultimately owns all entities and does not trade in its own right. Think it was Note 25 in the last AR that provided the BS figures and Note 24 (?) just above provided details of entities owned and percentages.
The fact that FC have a charge over BRTV points to that entity having the majority of assets ie cash.
