I reckon that post of roblun's I've downloaded might end up at ASIC with a note of encouragement to take action.Especially as ASIC is copping flak from the Senate Standing Committee dealing with financial integrity -or lack of it. Putting a few culprits in jail would go a long way in restoring faith and respect in the organization.
