I think you are missing the point.

The Crown affair occured as a result of poor Corp Governance. Crown is a symptom not the root casue.

In this regard NOTHING has changed. It has NOT been dealt with.

When the board roles have been split, and there are new directors demonstrating clear independent thinking on the board, only then can you say it has been dealt with.

Has NC come out and accepted responsibility and admitted a mistake.....No he hasn't.

At no time has he acknowleged the concerns of the small shareholders and demonstrated a willingness to alay their concerns.

Even now he hasn't come out and said Crown is over with. He has used political double speak and blamed the major shareholders for insisting he concentrate on the Rare Earth business.

I'm all for continuously bad mouthing the board if they deserve it.......

And I think they deserve it!
