This is what i think will happen. The 3M/t/y plant will dig the richest part of the deposit which WM says will be mouth watering. I think this will earn a lot more than most people think and be well above by a long shot of what H & S allude to. While this is happening a variation to the ML will go in and the money earned will pay for plant expansion. So possibly the only dilution will be the issue to pay for the initial plant.

The only variation to what is written here is dependant on new finds. They will all be evaluated on their merits. If the initial digging is as mouth watering as some think then finds will not be hard to raise.
