Short memory - you seem to have forgotten the "fact" that Portison's activity did cause the IPO prospectus to be reissued after Recce was forced by ASIC to acknowledge the claim!
No resolution, and so far no evidence for either side, nobody has suggested it is a genuine claim, but that it is still unresolved and is acknowledged by Recce through their actions speaks louder than the contrary.
Assumption is the mother of all ***k ups! Evidence is king, and so far all the evidence there is, points to some significant smoke Jiggy!
