Invertedva, I couldn't agree more with your assessment.
I have certainly said what I think in previous posts and will not even try to guess what the immediate or mid term future will deliver. Literally, anything could now happen. It is a very robust market and many players with stacks of money wanting a piece of the C.B. shale gas play, especially, if there is also a stack of conventional gas thrown in for good measure.
But, as you said "Icon suddenly looks a much better risk,"

I would like Samson and the two who gave him a TU to explain "I wouldn't be buying a company at this price with 40% of a contingent resource, not long term anyway."
How do you make that sort of statement on the overall information that has been released? Do you know what a "contingent resource" is and what is required to remove that word "contingent"? Maybe you could explain that to other readers. Anyway, where has anyone at ICN booked ANY sort of "resource" so far.
