How can anybody buy just looking at the chart. One does not need to have any read any of the ann's to see that there are serious problems with this stock, esp. considering that there apparently is not much "floating/free" stock available to trade.
The chart says it all - just like the LUM & CMQ chart and hundreds of others that have failed in the past. Good companys with good management with $500mill contracts don't have charts like QTK - really as simple as that.
