I have solar with ORG. My account is in credit.
It takes 10 days to transfer the credit....................
I quote.......................
"A request has been raised to issue a refund via your nominated bank account from your electricity account for the amount of $XXX. The reference number for this request is #7059705207 and you can expect this to arrive within 10days."
I thought ORG was into smart meters etc........................but 10 days...............surely not?
