The reason i say there is a difference is that BOE is going into production, no ifs buts or maybes but i think again after pdn announcing their increase in capex is 35% percent higher than expected that my main concern for the new DYL is going to be cost of capital to get either deposit up and running.
i still belive john can do it, but we are going to need much higher term prices than previously expected
