I don't believe that 'smart money' is involved in this rise. I only saw a handful of individual buy orders over 100,000 shares today. No big player would put in multiple tiny orders when the price is rising so rapidly. You put in large orders to keep your place in the queue at any particular price interval. If news had leaked it would go to these people first, not the 1000's of traders buying in lots of 10000 shares. This is all euphoria, but hopefully justified for those still in. I 'cleverly' got out at 55c.
