There will be other bidders, KKR have been sniffing around too and bound to be others. Classic PE opportunity where capital is required to transform the business but too many stakeholder to satisfy as a public company.
If the Board accepts anything lower than $14 I'll be shocked. 30% premium around $13.50 but its very undervalued anyways so I recon a bigger premium
