You say that the public is usually wrong (I agree with you), re they think that the DOW is heading back to 4000. If that is what you are observing, then you would assume that it would do the opposite.

Then I think also you are throwing caution to the wind by saying "something is fishy" with the DOW.

I'm not sure which camp you are in. Not that it really matters. We have all just have to be careful

Personally I think the DOW does need correcting, but hopefully it's just a standard correction we had in the good ol' days (readjusting itself - that's healthy), and not another crash.
