"What you think current Publisher/Media Co needs are??"
"What does Viacom's (CBS Local TV Sites) relationship mean to Looksmart ultimately"??
"Or, ASK's deal with Looksmart" ??
"Or, what will the many other Publishers & Media Co's now in the 'setting up' stage, do for Looksmart in due course"??
"What would LOK's shareprice will be, IF Rupert Murdoch goes ahead and purchases a "controlling interest" in Looksmart" ???
It's all interesting, when you consider LOK's last sale (& to me, would you believe?) was @ the equivalent, of just .033cps, in the 'old' value, as many knew it a few years back. Yes, it had got to around .42cps in those days too! That's the equivalent of $42.00pps in "today's" value ....
Yet, 500 shares are on offer @ $3.45cps today, with no takers!! (that's $00.0345cps, in the 'old'!!)
Since that post, Looksmart have signed some more publisher/media Co's that include The New York Times, Fox TV Sites and facebook.com ...All "mammoths" in terms of the BIG picture I do feel, will unfold soon.
That's a total of 11 'technology' deals to date, in all.
And with the "white labelling" of the AdCenter technolgy to such partners, Dave Hills (in a presentation at RBC Capital Markets a few days back), said:
..."It's [on] a REVENUE SHARE payment", (basis) ..........."So we'll always share in the growth of the media industry", is what he advised potential investors.
