Needs to stay above 13.5 cents. the region in the teens is heavy and people will sell into it. The question is how many buyers will come today. If we can close above the 15 c mark the traders will be in. I would expect some vigorous buying today and would expect it to gradually churn through the resistance. This is what stopped FAR from heading to the 20s with FAN discovery. I would expect this news to push it over, when i am not sure but if it closes above the 15c it is a good sign. Could be today or another day.
