Yes thats my understanding.

Put this gas sand in production (and from what I learned today give it a good tweak with a low cost stimulation) and then drill another hole nearby to tap a higher horizon or possibly move on to their next exlploration opportunity with the view that this one is now a no brainer no need to spend anymore on it now.

But given the oil show they got along the way and the big gas kick which I think was at the same level you would think they would be pretty eager to tap the mothers milk section of the well "the oil sand zone" higher up, as soon as possible.
