I believe it goes back much further. Before the UN was dominated by the UK/US there was of course the British Empire. What Menzies would do to Australian people to curry favour within the Empire, wow. What a pig of leader. Its the cliché but Australia is a vassal state. It was set up like that. It remains like that. The British Empire dissolved its territorial empire, kept its banking and trade empire and retook the US, winning and running the all key US institutions... Australia may have swapped a UK master for a US master, but its the same power.
in the dictionary mandate means compulsory. It wasn't a choice. The injections were destructive, killing, disease inducing, military counter measures in a made up virus war. They are bio weapons. Mandate/choice Its not a point of technicality to argue. A humane person wouldnt do that.
