it will never be "game over with stock markets".
you have your "boom / bust" periods all of the time.
for anyone coming in today. the majority of your money should be with credible fund managers, and I really mean that.
no more than 5% of the above funds can be used at your pleasure.
so if you are a newbie, I say please do the above.
in the long term you will be thanking those who gave you this advice.
