What i would like to know is whether the fact they have had to push back the AGM due to the process not being finalised in time for Nov 30, does this also mean the timeframe for us to be informed that the restructures have been approved has been pushed back, because they make no mention of this in the announcement which i think is pretty poor disclosure on their part if it has been pushed back AGAIN.
