I think they are being very conservative on the billion barrels to be honest Chelmsford.Each to their own opinion and I hold.I will gladly drown in misery but I still suspect I will be drowning in the plenty of BLACK OIL.
BTW CHelmsford have you noticed the price of OIL lately,it wont be stopping there.Again I hold out for a billion+.
