1.50 will be just great.
Will add instos to the list of shareholders.
Will give us the money to speed up the drillng of Wonarah.
And as said on the board, the price might go down for a short time depending on what else they do, however in the long run, this will help us get a much much higher stock price.
This placement is going to create alot of shareholder value for MAK, IMHO.
