I agree that after new issues the price most often falls for a bit (but not every time)
I have seen the reaction the market had to snipets of this being fast tracked and so if the issue is not too huge (cant be more than 15% anyway) and the discount is not stupid (<1.50) and the ann explains the use of funds in direct relation to fast tracking the execution of the plan....... then I believe the market will be positive. As these new shares will likely be held,I dont think the dilution will help stabilise the price however, because the total number of shares that will be traded short term will still be small.
I agree 10 bucks is not on the short term radar but 8.50 in Jan 09 would be good and is posible for my exit after 12 months :)
Ahhhh retirment will be nice lol
