    Looking at the weekly chart below we can make the following conclusions:
    - the highest weekly closing for the past over 6 months
    - the latest 3 candles represent a bullish formation
    - there is an increase in trading volumes

    Based on the comments above I bought this stock yesterday after monitoring the SP for the past week stl.chart.jpg and there is a high probability to break 4c next week.
