Yep, but the DFS is just the first part of the overall equation as it relates to the Windarra gold tailings.
The governing state Act, which is peculiar to the overall Windarra holdings, needs to be amended or terminated (still a WIP) in order for the gold tailings to be exploited or sold off.
(The Act, as it currently stands, is almost exclusively geared around our right to exploit Ni, but not much else.)
