You would then think that IBA with its tentacles spread throughout the high growth area of Asia that it would be a prime target for Microsoft.

Barclays have announced that they are a substantial shareholder of IBA in the last few days. I expect more institutional substantial shareholder notices are to come.
Barclays is the first institutional shareholder with a shareholding over 5%. I suspect they are still buying. They have been buying for 4 months.

There could be some market action shortly ahead.
