Peak is a good broker but not Tier 1... Tier 1 are thos brokers with significant presence across Australia with multiple offices and generally lead large deals. I would consider Macquarie, Morgans, Golden Sachs, Bell Potter, Canaccord Tier 1 and generally can fill deals which are hundreds of millions in size.. Tier 2 would be next size down to include Euroz/Hartley, Shaws.. and then Tier 3 would be boutique brokers.
