Unfortunately I tend to agree with all of the above.
My theory is they'll (whoever they are) keep the share supressed as much as possible over the course of the next 6-8 weeks and make a hostile bid at above the 3 month VWAP (volume weighted average price).
The company has little time to build confidence back into the share price. You can understand the importance of getting the DFS and finance sorted before corporate chess plays out.
I hope management have done their numbers, or the rug may just be pulled out from under them before real value can be obtained.

If you dont think Cdu is in play think again. I had a Macquarie bank broker email me a negative article 2 days after the jorc. Not one comment from him thoughj. I hadn't spoken with him in 3 years.
I was looking at doing business with him back then. He knew I had a large position in Cdu. Do you honestly think he was looking out for me? If he was he would have atleast tried to call...no? I emailed him and he didn't reply.
Man did it make me angry!
