    As a holder for only 6 months that initially got set for a Cipla inspired P&D after the QLD Expo i am happy to sit and wait and expect something significant when the 4th qtr results come out next year. THere has been negativity here about STI, PB, BP, photoshop etc but i wont let the ST cloud the LT for these reasons;

    1) I have emailed PB several times with questions and got replies within hours every time and without giving anything away i got answers which turned out to be truth (how many other Co directors have i emailed and got no reply? - a lot)

    2) How many quality people would exit successful careers with successful companies to join STI if they thought there was no long term future and more importantly dollars to live on? Even BP is getting paid in stock subject to escrow.

    3) If PB is a shonk as some suggest he must be the busiest shonk heading a Co listed on the ASX. If he was in it for a free ride on the shareholders/insto's cash why would he try so hard, why would he have so many irons in the fire?

    4) The spread of diverse income producing channels that are being created

    5) The STI thread has some well researched posters who present great info and links, be they positive or negative, Apatyl and Wormy and PACHINO spring to mind first and they have a LT view obviously so are not trying to P&D it or make us feel good, they are sharing legitamate info.

    But there are some things about STI that have given me the you know whats

    1) The .008 options from JAN - they have decimated the SP IMO but these must be almost burnt now - anybody know roughly how many are left?

    2) The immediacy that the 1st QTR ann's implied- we all believed everthing would happen overnight because thats what the ann's implied. As i said, i will wait for 4th qtr results before sussing out my STI future stance.

    3) The James May's Toy Story style stupid statements that STI often make like entertaining the idea of a wind powered propeller to generate electricity for the Canadian pharma plant and sell excess energy on the local power grid... Put the horse before the cart and give us the left field ideas once a strong and sustainable cash flow is being generated and you have the money to invest in your future

    4) Bob Pritchard - what the??????????

    Anyway, my bottom line is i see more upside than downside here and STI fits nicely in my bottom drawer ATM
