To avoid glyphosate completely we would need to stop eating bread at all unless there is a certified organic somewhere, I didn't find one yet so I'm reducing bread consumption to minimum. All non organic flour containing products have glyphosate in them.
Also all other grains are sprayed with glyphosate before harvest to dry quicker: rice, sourghum, rye, quinoa, chia, buckwheat, basically all of them.
Canola (rapesed oil) is another big NO,NO. It is found in 99% of breads and processed foods. It was developed in the 60' as an industrial oil and it should not be in our food.
