The buyers are slowly increasing their price to close the gap of buyers and sellers.
Most know it is worth so much more hence they are not selling.
Looks like the nervous nellies who sold down below 8 when the DOW took a hit have finished and moved on.
I agree the buying is still a little thin but at least the sellers arnt dumping....
