What we are being told by RC is this.

1) That CTP is the only company that can fill the NGP, it would take too long for other companies to be able to supply.

2) That unless the gas contracts are signed by the end of 2017 that Jemmena MAY call for a "force majeure" clause may be invoked canceling the contract.

3) That the dramatic shortage of Gas in Australia, which can ONLY be alleviated by CTP pushing gas through the NGP the opportunity to sell into the NGP will evaporate and that either therr will be massive close downs of businesses and unemployment OR there is a National response OR a Equity market response that will solve the problem.

So as I see it, and others may see it differently, we (the shareholders as captains) are the only ferry boat that is available and we are sitting on the side of a very wide the river with abundant resources available to us on our side, waiting to sell the right to be transported across the river to the highest bidder so that the people on the other side of the river can gain access to those resources.

Now why should we sell that right to cross the river at a blo**dy stupid price and give away our ferry boat as well and as a consequence allow others (MB and RC et al) to use our ferry boat and transport hundreds of millions of dollars in profits.

We would all be suffering from collective insanity if we did that.

Who has the NEED

It is the National manufacturing industry

Who do we want on side complaining about the lack of gas, clearly "the National manufacturing industry".

Who wants to make millions of dollars in profits by resolving that gas shortage. MB and RC et al.

Do we have the legal right to refuse MB offer so that we may obtain a fair value for our shares, even if that causes job losses because of that gas shortage,YES WE DO !

We are NOT required to make a decision in the National Interest, We are entitled to a fair reward for our investment.

We are in the box seat. DO NOT GIVE THAT AWAY.!! with the yes vote. VOTE NO.

If as RC says time is "imperative" then lets see who blinks first.

Doesn't matter what Cottee said/says, as on the Jemena website, a while ago, can't find now, ... there was no mention of CTP supplying gas to NGP, but the NT Govt, NT power and water, was to supply initial volumes.

Nowhere else have I seen any importance of CTP gas being involved with this project apart from Cottee spruiking.
