or maybe the reserves upgrade will be announced after the EGM so that shareholders don't jump up and down at the cheap options the directors are getting - it probably doesn't look good to have the directors getting options less than the share price which would have been the case had the price maintained its highs after the last rally - maybe the handbrakes will miraculously come off once the options are approved - lol - I expect a significant rally after the options are approved and the reserves upgrade is announced but who knows in this market
