Vietnam had its first case around mid Jan .They immediately locked down the village. Just out side off Hanoi. they also kept all schools and unis shut from xmas. tey have been very active in controlling it. there worst case was from some rich kid that her dad paid 360K in USD to fly her home from the UK, she knew she was infected but still went out partying. The rest of Vietnam hates her and her family now. I have just returned this morning, Whilst i was there my partner had to report my temp twice per day. IMO it's the schools that appear to be the where and how it spreads. and as you say due to the way they live and socialise you would expect it to be spreading like wild fire. (schools) I trust the numbers that Vietnam gives. They also quarantine all returning residents and anyone else. In military bases. My mates in one now he is Vietnamese.
