I thought the scenario would be: pharmacist goes out to the car park, does the test, tells the patient to go home, where he will receive the results via smartphone sometime within the next two hours.
If there's a whole queue of cars, presumably another staff member will be nearby running all the cartridges through the Eugeni in the order the tests were done, but all the patients can drive off back home straightaway.
Potentially positive people won't come into contact with anyone else, "test&go" maybe?
