Holding ADO is like watching dragonball z. Cell enters the scene and wreaks havoc. Goku catches up to him and then you spend the next 3 episodes watching a bead of sweat develop on his head whilst he makes grunting noises. By that time, Cell morphs into Perfect Cell and Goku pisses off back to his hyperbolic time chamber to level up his power so that he can take on the new form of Cell, which takes another 3 episodes. Then he comes back outside, grunts and sweats some more for another 3 before something finally starts happening.

we're on episode 10 here. we've finally began to do our Kamehameha routine so it'll be another few episodes before we actually begin to have any kind of an impact on the situation.

In the mean time, Vegeta has been powering up in the time chamber as well and is now 21% more efficient so he will come through to help in another 3-4 episodes.
