Woolworths was to build a new shop down the road. Those plans have been scrapped.
Went through Marsden the other day - only a handful of people wandering around. Long wide corridor and only about five people in it.
Loganholme was better, but not much. Obviously a lot of these retailers are struggling.

Comes down to the costs of immigration.

New entrants earning lower money with no money to spend.

Lower incomes means lower asset prices going forward
