Why don't you divide 1 billion Euro's between 4.5 million refugees and see how much Europe is spending per refugee per year for Turkey to keep them from getting to Europe, or you might be suggesting that if these refugees were able to go to Europe, they were going to be greeted with open arms and be treated in a loving and harmonious way.
The are many oversea's students in Australia being used as cheap labor, it does not mean its a national policy that allows private enterprise to underpay their foreign workers.
The same goes for the U.S, E.U, Russia and other countries that use refugees or illegal immigrants as cheap labor.
