itambe payment due.......

.........from the original announcement to acquire Itambé-1, Itambé-2, Passabém and Esmeralda de Ferroson on April 17, it says;

Terms of the Acquisition
Initial payment of BRL 1 million (AUD 640,036)* within 7 days to secure:
• Immediate transfer of the Itambé-1 tenement 100% to Centaurus (or its subsidiary)
• Transfer of 100% of other tenements to Centaurus immediately upon their grant

Second payment of BRL 4 million (AUD 2,559,441)* within 90 days of initial payment
• Centaurus has up to 90 days after the initial payment to carry out further due diligence and exploration before committing to the second payment.



This second payment must now be imminent I would assume?

But also perhaps coming at the same time is word that one or more of the 'other' tenements have been granted and therefore vested to Centaurus?

Perhaps we will see more on this and/or that the payment has been made, in the Quarterly rather than via a specific announcement??
