    expecting a big white candle today.

    momentum trading works within parameters, but for this one the window is very wide. a price target of 15c by the end of the year is within reason based on fundamentals (using only a mildly forward PE)

    reserve size is certainly an issue, but there is more allure to an unknown quantity.
