ITC is for sale - but only at the right price. The company has been very open to the fact if the right situation came along then they would go for it.
Problem is now is that the 3d has now uncovered potentially one of the largest onshore oil fairways left in Australia and its not going cheap.
Personally as much as it is painful waiting I am keen to see them drill before anyone gets excited as the sp will only go up.
ITC not being for sale doesn't mean someone won;t have a crack. There is no law against that.
