It all depends on their motives. I would be surprised if they are the buyers that they will just sit on having a small chunk of ITC. To me its either a takeover or nothing. If its nothing yes the sp will fall back. I still think we will know soon enough. There is no stock coming out and so expect again a late afternoon dabble.
