Cap raise to fund the development road of OxyC - 14cents.
Price today with the development road pretty much behind us - 14 cents
If there was $27 million of support during the cap raise I suspect there will be a lot more than that when the results come out.
Speculation is generally worthless, but some speculation is often worth more than hypotheticals when its based on empirical knowldge.
