I'm just about all out..............I've had enough of this dog.

They revealed a few things in the half yearly I didn't realise:

    1) They appear to require significnt debt/rights issues to keep it going. I was under the impression that they had the deposit and the rest was coming from ongoing profits.

    2) they had to get a loan from a director's contact to keep things going

    3) Ernst & Young appear very doubtfulas to whether TNY can continue as a going concern if this fails.

Up until now I place my faith in the chart and the people involved (eg Harvey Parker). The chart's telling me get out and that's what I've done.

Good luck to those that continue to hold. I sincerely hope this comes off but when it comes down to it:

    -the chart says sell
    - the company is cactus without this deal and I'm not preapared to lose 100% of my trade.

    Cheers,

    Ed.

PS THE last time I ever hold a stock whose future is dependent on a deal like this! Lesson learnt.
