Not likely that ARR International is going to see a cent of the bailout money. Considering Arasor Corp (US subsiduary) is in over $20M of debt, outstanding creditors will be the first to receive anything, if ITI are even willing to cough up.
Add to which, there is no way W Mac would ever consider dealing with those people again.
Save you time researching anything to do with ITI and focus more on the China JV, cause if there is any upside at all, that's where it is.
