Morning all, my understanding of the Tenement Schedule in the...

Morning all, my understanding of the Tenement Schedule in the annual report is limited, would anyone be able to enlighten me the following
1) In the initial ITM prospectus (19/10/21) the prospects to be owned by Itech are identified by way of an EL number
2) In the annual ITM report ( 22/08/2022 ) the tenement schedule ( as of 30th June 2022 ) identifies those same EL numbers as being held by SA Exploration PL ( this Co owner is Greg English re Archer )
3) A check on the SARIG website ( current 23/08/2022 ) confirms licences ( EL numbers ) are held by SA Exploration P/L most of which do not expire until well into the future.
How is this so???
