Thanks for that @mileraFC, I am unfamiliar with the process that this industry follows however it doesn't seem to readily gel with me, I would have thought the purchase/consideration of the licence for said tenements would be more in order rather than the "acquisition of shares". Its a little to ambiguous for me ( I hate Grey areas and someone else holding the licence is a Grey area) but that's probably because of my lack of understanding of the process which is somewhat different to the circles that I usually operate in. Anyhow thanks for your take on it
