Well I todays World I don't think it hurts to ask the question, especially if you are investing in that particular operation and I think that any modern business would embrace to opportunity to provide clarity around any issue ( and not be offended by the question) that could be unclear to some. I'm not for one instance casting aspersions on anyone I'm merely trying to understand the reasons why and I suggest that anyone that has an interest in protecting their investment should adopt a similar train of thought
