    Looks like a decent sized shareholder headed for the exits this afternoon. Assume it's just symptomatic of the current markets.

    The company has plenty of cash to progress both graphite and REE/Kaolin projects and the energy/transport transition isn't going away. Might just present the opportunity to buy a higher conviction play at a lower valuation.
