    In Feb the fed Govt conditionally approved a $185 million loan to enable RNU ( they have a tenement next to ITM) to progress RNU's Graphite project, the funds came from the Feds Critical Minerals Facility. Its a better than even bet that ITM have made similar approaches to the govt especially given recent events in Europe along with the PM's comments in respect to rare earths and China
