The Business is currently waiting on a ruling from the ATO on how to treat this In specie Distribution. (it may take a few months for commissioner to review)
Your CGT position can be affected by what type of account you have. (trading or a holding account) and I think the value of the distribution was around 4.3 cents per share so i think there will be No CGT from most Holders as it doesn't exceed the value of the distribution. The value of the ITM shares i think would be at 20 cents, less the value, however the ATO occasionally uses a VWAP of the price for first 5 days of trading..
Its complicated, and I'm not an accountant so take this comment lightly.
