An interesting announcement today. I notice a newly listed Viridis Mining and Metals (VMM) has just announced that the CEO of IXR (Ionic Rare Earths) Tim Harrison has just joined the board in a non exec position. They look like they are mainly looking for gold/nickel I think in Canada but note they also have some Kaolin/Halloysite prospects at Poochera and what i think is Smoky Bay which is also on the Eyre peninsula and West of ITM's prospects. Probably 50-100km's away.
IXR have a large IAC Rare Earth prospect in Africa. Is an interesting appointment and wonder whether this has anything to do with some of the recent discoveries of iTech ......
The IXR project looks very promising and the leachability has been proven, especially within Kaolin clays.
